VNA of Cordele, Inc. provides care under the orders of your attending physician which are designed to best meet your health care needs. Care and services are provided by a professional team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists. Personal care and light housekeeping are provided by our trained and certified home health and personal support aides. VNA provides services in accordance with the Physician’s Plan of Care. Services are provided seven days a week and agency nurses are on call 24 hours per day.
